Cartagena: tourist dislocated a foot in a hole in the Historic Center – Other Cities – Colombia

A foreign tourist suffered a dislocation in her right foot when she fell into an uncovered grate a few meters from the Customs Palace, headquarters of the District Mayor’s Office of Cartagena de Indias.

The traveler was walking and enjoying the colonial architecture when she suffered the accident.

The accident occurred in front of the well-known Hard Rock Café bar in the Plaza de la Aduana.

The current administration has been heavily criticized due to the terrible state of the road network, especially in the Colonial City where social media users have made photos and videos of the poor state of sidewalks and streets go viral.
