According to investigations, this person would allegedly be linked to events that occurred on January 18 of this year.
It was the uniformed officers attached to the FÉNIX Group of the National Police, who in coordination with the Prosecutor’s Office, captured 28-year-old Yessica Viviana Cachaya, who presented a judicial request.
This result occurred when the officers carried out registration and control plans on Avenida 26 with Carrera 1 where they verified their identity documents and it was shown that they were requested by the Prosecutor’s Office to serve a sentence, for the crime of attempted homicide.
Thus, Yessica Cachaya was left at the disposal of the Prosecutor’s Office, who, after confirming her capture and charging the aforementioned crime before a judge, decided to shelter her with an insurance measure in a prison to serve a 120-month sentence.
Colonel Domingo Alfredo López Dales, commander of the Neiva Metropolitan Police, states that he will continue to carry out control plans in different parts of the city, in order to prevent any situation contrary to the law, for which he requests the collaboration of citizens in the scope to report in a timely manner to line 123 any suspicious person or activity in their jurisdiction.
