Abandonment, drug addiction and lack of control took over the sector between Cúcuta and La Paz, today called by many the ‘Bronx’ of Medellín. The situation caused the Administrative Court of Antioquia to open an incident of contempt against the District Mayor’s Office for failing to intervene in this area of the city.
