At a time when the health reform presented by the Gustavo Petro government is beginning to be discussed in the Congress of the Republic, doctors will hold forums in Huila to learn about the scope of the initiative.
Academic activities, under the title: “Health reform: myths and realities from the Colombian south”, They will take place in Neiva, Pitalito and La Plata and are organized by the South Colombian Health Board.
In Pitalito, the forum will be this Thursday, February 23, at 3 in the afternoon, at the Héctor Polanía Cultural Center. The speakers will be the general surgery specialist Camilo Chilatra Sánchez; the doctor and surgeon Ana María Soleibe and the social communicator and journalist Jiomar Bohórquez.
In Neiva, the forum will take place on Friday, February 24, at 4 pm, at the Teatro Pigoanza. Jiomar Bohórquez, Ana María Soleibe and the professor of the National University Mario Hernández will act as speakers.
And in La Plata, the forum will be on Saturday the 25th, at 10 am, in the auditorium of the Hotel Balcones de la Pradera. Jiomar Bohórquez, Ana María Soleibe and the councilor of Neiva Lourdes Mateus will be there as speakers.
